Lavi Beauty, in its sole discretion and without notice to you, reserves the right to make changes to the Site and to these Terms of Use from time to time. Returns: Lavi Beauty would love for you to be happy with your purchase. We believe that our customer's satisfaction is a top priority! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable). If your order arrives and the items are incorrect or arrive damaged, please email lavilashes@lavi-beauty.com.
The following policies apply to all returns and exchanges:
Returns that are determined the error of Lavi Beauty (because they are incorrect or the items arrive damaged), can be sent back to Lavi Beauty using our convenient pre-paid USPS shipping label. To request a shipping label, please email lavilashes@lavi-beauty.com
Returned items must include the packing slip and a reason for the return in order to be processed.
Refunds will be returned via the payment method in which it was received unless otherwise specified and can take up to 10 business days.
Information Accuracy: Lavi Beauty will use reasonable efforts to include accurate and current information on the Site, but there may be occasions when information on the Site contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, availability and other matters. Lavi Beauty reserves the right to correct any errors and to update Site information at any time (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

If you have purchased from our store, subscribed to one of our newsletters, or advised us of your e-mail address, address & telephone number - we may occasionally update you on news and special opportunities via e-mail.
Miscellaneous: This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions. The waiver of any provision of the Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of any other provision or of Lavi Beauty's right to require strict observance of each of the terms herein. If any provision of the Agreement is deemed to be illegal or unenforceable the remainder of the Agreement shall be unaffected and shall continue to be fully valid, binding, and enforceable. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us relating to your use of the Site.
